Getting Started
Getting started couldn’t be easier! You can call or email to discuss if I am the right trainer for you and how we can work together in reaching your specific goals.
A consultation can be arranged at a convenient time for you. This will take place at the Next Level Athletics gym and will last approximately 45 minutes to an hour. This is where we get to know each other too.
We will discuss your medical history and lifestyle on a questionnaire to make sure I have the correct information before I design your bespoke exercise programme and a brief outline of what to expect during your session with me.
A short fitness test will be carried out to assess your current fitness levels this will help me with designing your programme. The consultation and fitness test is entirely free and if you feel at the end of this I am not the right trainer for you there is no obligation to train with me.
However, if you decided you want to train with me and are comfortable with everything we will then decide on your first session and I will have your bespoke programme ready and waiting.
