Classes
We use proven methods in all of our classes to achieve the goals we want. We provide a safe and fun environment for people of all ages and abilities. All training is done under the close supervision of a qualified fitness professional that will not only motivate you to give it your best effort but will also educate you on the benefits of a healthy lifestyle.
Fall session small group training – maximum 6 people per group.
- 1st group: 10:00am Tuesday and Thursday. Beginning February 1st 2022
- 2nd group: 5:15pm Tuesday and Thursday. Beginning February 1st 2022
